1. Company Snapshot:

Each year, millions of drivers will receive a moving violation. The vast majority of these drivers will be given an opportunity to "remove" their traffic ticket from their driving record, thereby saving hundreds of dollars a year of insurance increases. Drivers who successfully complete a court or department of motor vehicles approved course, will be afforded this benefit. While in past years, consumers had to spend a day sitting in a "brick and mortar" traffic school classroom. Today the vast majority of attendees participate through an on-line educational program.

We have developed a premium on-line traffic school program with a "bonus" that no other school in the county offers.

2. Our Mission:

Why not enable a citizen to "do something good" while they erase their traffic violation? We believe that the millions of people who go through the traffic school process should be given an opportunity to give something back to the community. Further, we believe that there is no better cause than to support those charitable organizations who help the men and women of our military and their families. Thank Our Troops Traffic School, Inc. ("TOTTS") will provide our students with the opportunity to give back to these worthy charities, while they complete their court mandated or DMV approved program. They can even do so at a cost which is competitive to other on-line school providers.

3. Founders:

Glenn E. Lerman and Robert M. Tucker are both practicing lawyers in California, with a combined 50 years professional experience. Unfortunately, Glenn and Bob also have substantial experience attending traffic school. Over the years, they have come to realize that the traffic school experience is largely a negative one. The "comedy" traffic schools are not funny, and there is little to distinguish one school from another. They take pride in developing and growing a school that not only delivers a superior consumer experience, but also helps fund such important charitable organizations.

4. How It Works:

When TOTTS students register for the course, they will be taken to a page and asked to choose a charity to which TOTTS will contribute. They will be given the choice to "give equally" to all the participating charities, or they can select one particular charity for the donation. Each charity will be listed by name and logo. When the cursor moves over the logo, a brief description of the charity (selected by you) will pop up. Additionally, each charity will have a link to their website should a consumer desire more information. It is our hope that some people will be inspired to give additional funds to the charities, or otherwise decide to "get involved."

From there it is simple. TOTTS will donate 20% of the base cost of the course to the charity or charities selected. Our desire is that the giving process be simple and transparent. TOTTS will then account to each charity on a quarterly basis and send a check.
